Job Description:

Confianz is hiring Asst Finance Manager.

Work Location: Technopark,Trivandrum

Mode of work: WFO

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required + Masters Degree preferred

Primary Skills :

5. Proficiency with CRM and financial management tools is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Management of Company Financials, accounting system and Employee Payroll management.
2. Leads planning and forecasting activities with leadership to achieve business and company goals.Assists management to make financial decisions, risk mitigation,improve profitability,Measuring and review of financial KPIs,manage and control financial metrics efficiently within the organization.
3. Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts revenue, account receivables, financial reporting, audits and compliances. Ad-hoc reporting / MIS activities.
4. Maintains an accurate filing (GST and returns)and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
5. Reviews financial reports and Prepares financial forecasts and Budgets
6. Act as a legal advisor by staying updated on relevant laws,regulations and compliance

Candidate Profile/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required,
2. Master's degree or professional certifications are advantageous.
3. 5-8 years proven experience in financial Management or Accounting roles, with a strong track record of financial leadership and decision-making in IT Company (Mandatory)
4. Proven strategic planning experience at the management level to contribute to the company's overall business goals.
5. Expertise in financial management softwares and accounting systems is essential, CRM, HRMS tools mandatory.
6. Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
7. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis/Practices and reporting,budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
8. Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
9. Understanding of common metrics and cost drivers for IT companies
