Confederation of Indian Industry - MCC is hiring Placement Coordinator

Location: Ernakulam

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Skill Development/Placement Coordination

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and map local employment opportunities and vacancies in and around Ernakulam
• Coordinate with Government Departments and related agencies for placement and skill development initiatives
• Plan, organize, and execute job fairs, placement drives, and employer engagement programs
• Client acquisition and relationship management with companies for hiring requirements
• Establish and maintain tie-ups with educational institutions, training centres, and skill development institutes
• Mobilize candidates for placement drives and job fairs
• Maintain placement records, employer database, and candidate tracking reports
• Follow up with employers and candidates to ensure successful closures
