Job Description:

Comstream Technologies is hiring VoIP Support Engineer

Qualifications: B.Tech. in any engineering stream; BCA or MCA; B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or Electronics

Eligible Batches: 2024 and 2025 pass-outs

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of networking, Linux, VoIP, or PBX systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work night shifts

Location: Kottayam, Kerala

Vacancies: 5 Positions (Immediate Joining)

Work Schedule: Night Shift (8:30 pm - 5:30 am)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain VoIP, PBX, and network systems
• Diagnose technical issues related to networking, Linux, and communication systems
• Support system maintenance and ensure service reliability
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently

Training: Mandatory three-month offline training program

Annual CTC: ₹1.8 LPA - ₹4.5 LPA (based on skills, experience, and performance)
