Job Title: Level 1 Customer Care Executive, Software Engineer, Hardware Engineer, Administrator, and Trainer

Qualifications:

• B.Tech, B.E (All Streams), MCA
• Year of Passing: 2019 - 2023
• Freshers

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA - 3.5 LPA (Based on Experience and Skills)

Service Agreement:

• 1 year service agreement (2 months mandatory training)

Work Location: Kottayam (work from home optional)

Work Timings: Night Shift

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Provide first-level support for customers facing network-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions
• Collaborate with the technical team to address complex issues
• Proficiency in office software suites like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and communication management
• Developing training materials and curriculum
• Ability to assess training needs and adapt content to meet those needs effectively
