Comstream Technologies Pvt. Ltd is Hiring freshers for VoIP Engineer Level 1 Customer Care Executive.

Job Location: Kottayam

Qualification:

• B.Tech (2022 & 2023 Graduates)
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Basic knowledge of VoIP technology and networking concepts.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work in a team and follow established procedures.

 Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to customers experiencing VoIP and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.
• Collaborate with the technical team on complex issues.
• Assist customers with VoIP system configurations and setups.
