1. Workmen (Diploma/Degree)

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma holders in Engineering/Bachelor’s Degree holders/Store Keepers/Laboratory Assistants with 4 years experience/Senior Ship Draftsman with 2 years experience

Posting Location: CSL, Kochi

Number of Vacancies: 135

Nature of Employment: Permanent 

Pay Scale: W7

Approximate Salary:

• Gross: ₹43,000 per month
• CTC: ₹6.5 Lakhs per annum

2. Workmen (ITI)

Qualification & Experience:

• ITI/NTC holders with National Apprenticeship Certificate
• Minimum 5 years experience

Posting Location: CSL, Kochi

Number of Vacancies: 210

Nature of Employment: Permanent 

Pay Scale: W6

Approximate Salary:

• Gross: ₹41,000 per month
• CTC: ₹6.2 Lakhs per annum

3. Workmen (ITI - 5 Year Contract)

Qualification & Experience:

• ITI/NTC holders
• Minimum 3 years experience

Posting Location: CSL, Kochi

Number of Vacancies: 260

Nature of Employment: Contract (5 Years)

Remuneration: Under Revision

4. Executive Trainees

Qualification:

• B.Tech/CA/CMA/PG in HR
• Freshers 

Training Period: 1 Year

Post After Training: Assistant Manager (E1)

Posting Locations:

• CSL, Kochi
• Ship Repair Units - Mumbai, Kolkata, Andaman & Nicobar Islands

Stipend During Training: ₹50,000 per month

Pay Scale: E1

Approximate Salary:

• Gross: ₹82,000 per month
• CTC: ₹15 Lakhs per annum

Note: Pay revision due to be effective from 01-01-2027
