Cinepolis India is hiring Financial Supervisor

Location: Mall of Travancore, Trivandrum, Kerala

Experience: 2-3 years

Responsibilities:

• Maintain optimal stock levels and initiate purchase requests when necessary
• Prepare purchase orders based on quotations and track monthly consumption
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records
• Verify vendor invoices and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Implement FIFO method to maintain stock quality and minimize wastage
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes for inventory control
• Ensure smooth receiving and storage processes, minimizing bottlenecks
• Assist in scheduled stocktaking and pest control activities
• Train store associates and handle revenue cash on a daily basis
• Maintain licenses records and assist with finance queries
