Job Position: ASE Fresher - Service Desk/Infrastructure Domain Support Role

Description:

• Adhere to work schedules and work in a 24/7 environment on rotational shifts.
• Must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of IT applications, systems, and networks.
• Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and a learning attitude.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Work location: Bangalore, full-time, on-site opportunity.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree (BSc/BCA/B.E/B.Tech) from a reputed institution.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills to interact with decision makers at customer organizations.
• Knowledge of IT applications, systems, and networks.
• Problem analysis and solving skills.
• Learning, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to learn and adapt to the latest technologies.
• Any IT Infrastructure Administration skills such as Windows, Unix/Linux, Network, Python, Scripting, Database will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn new emerging technologies.
