Job Description:

Ceenex Global Computers is hiring Junior Accountant

Location: Kowdiar, Trivandrum

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/BBA (Finance)/MBA (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts (journal entries, ledgers, bank book)
• Support Global Accounting Team (Middle East countries)
• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
• Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), e-invoicing & reconciliations
• TDS calculations, payments & return filing
• Payroll processing and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Professional Tax)
• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Bank & vendor reconciliations
• Assist internal and external audits
• Support budgeting and MIS reporting
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act & Income Tax regulations

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
• Expertise in GST, TDS, and tax compliance
• Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting Software
• Strong analytical, numerical & reconciliation skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to meet strict month-end and year-end deadlines
