Job Description:

Caspian is hiring Finance Associate

Qualifications: M.Com

Experience: 3 - 5 Years in Finance & Accounts

Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Tally
• Good practical knowledge of GST and TDS
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and reporting
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
• Perform accounting entries and reconciliation using Tally
• Prepare and maintain GST-related records, workings, and reconciliations
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, records, and compliance-related activities
