Job Position: L1 Support Specialist (For VoiceStack)

Location: Trivandrum

Experience: Freshers

Shift: US | UK | AUS

Eligibility:

• 2025 graduates or immediate joiners from technical and computer-related backgrounds, including BTech or BE, BCA, MCA, BSc in Computer Science or IT, and other similar degrees.

Responsibilities:

• As an L1 Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for VoiceStack customers, supporting them via email and live chat, assisting with VoiceStack phones and features, and escalating issues when needed.
