Job Description:

CanApprove is hiring CRM Sofrware Specialist

• Identified problems occurred in the CRM application and highlighted to the development team to fix the issue.

• Provided & implemented suggestions to development team based on the business requirement

• Provided support to the marketing team by ensuring the working of the CRM system.

• Participated in the various troubleshooting process and data recovery, implemented the various data changes to the CRM.

• Assisted the sales team in tracking the data, communicating with the internal and external users to facilitate the business.

• Maintain and manage all project related documents in the share point

• Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented to target marketing activities appropriately

• Worked closely with the management in forecasting the roadmaps

Other Criteria:

• Preferred only work at office

• Exp: Freshers or Experienced

• Location: Thrissur

• MTech. Engineering degree in computer science

• Expected a score of above 60% in all education levels.

• Strong mathematical skills to analyse reports and work with large data sets

• Excellent spoken &written skills in English

• Active, Smart & Energetic

• Minimum One year commitment to the company expected

• Age below 30years

•Females preferred.

• Salary: Take home:18,050/-
