Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) invites applications for Senior Executive Trainee (Direct Recruitment) posts in Telecom & Finance streams.

1. Senior Executive Trainee (DR) - Telecom Stream

• Number of Vacancies: 95

2. Senior Executive Trainee (DR) - Finance Stream

• Number of Vacancies: 25

Total Number of Vacancies: 120

Educational Qualification Details

1. Telecom Stream:

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent engineering degree
• Minimum 60% marks

Disciplines:

• Electronics & Telecommunication
• Electronics
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Electrical
• Instrumentation 

OR

• Combination of the above or related emerging branches

2. Finance Stream:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)

Qualification Validity:

• Degree must be obtained from: Central/State Government recognized universities/Institutions established under an Act of Parliament/Deemed Universities under UGC Act, 1956
• Qualification must be completed on or before the application closing date

CGPA/Grade Conversion Note:

• Candidates must provide percentage conversion as per their university norms
• Conversion certificate must be submitted during document verification
• If no official conversion exists, percentage will be calculated as per BSNL norms

Age Limit: 21 - 30 Years (Relaxation of upper age limit is applicable for reserved categories)

Nationality Requirement: Candidate must be an Indian National

Estimated Monthly In-hand Salary: ₹27,600 - ₹87,000 (including DA, HRA, and other allowances)

Service Bond Details:

• Bond Amount: ₹9,00,000

• Purpose: To recover training costs if the candidate exits early
• Bond Format: As prescribed by BSNL

Career Progression:

• After probation, promotion to Senior Executive (E-3)
• Further promotions to Assistant General Manager (E-4) and higher grades
• Promotions include salary hikes and enhanced benefits
