Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Job Description:

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in the IT Services industry

• Strong understanding of IT solutions & services

• Upselling and cross-selling experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in CRM and other relevant software tools

• Prior experience in the Healthcare domain is highly desirable

• Experience in project management is a plus

• Knowledge of healthcare industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
