Job Description:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about Airtel products and services
• Resolve customer issues
• Upsell and cross-sell Airtel products and services
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor

Job Requirements:

• Plus Two or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Candidates should be below 30 years of age
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Willingness to work both morning and night shifts
• Both male and female candidates can apply

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 plus incentives
