Qualification: MBA HR

Experience: 2+ years in HR

Preferred Experience: Preferably in Banking/Microfinance or NBFC sectors

Skills:

• Good Experience in Recruitment and Onboarding
• Must have Experience in Payroll & statutory compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction experience
• Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy
• Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to HR policies
• Support HR initiatives and drive employee engagement
