Opening Job Positions:

1. Junior Health Coach

• CTC: ₹3 - ₹3.65 LPA

• Note: Exact CTC will depend on the duration of the educational qualification. 

• Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (flexibility required)

• Job Location: Chennai

• Year of Passing: 2026, 2025 & Other Passout Students can apply

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: PharmD, BDS, B.Sc./M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotech, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry, Applied Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Applied Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Medical Microbiology, Human Genetics, Clinical Immunology, or Molecular & Cellular Biology, BPharm/M Pharm, B.Tech/M.Tech Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering.

• Experience: Fresher; prior experience in health coaching or related fields is not required but is 
  a plus.

• Languages: Fluency in English is essential.

• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and a passion for health and wellness.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Junior Health Coach at Amura Health, you will engage with clients to understand their health needs, provide expert guidance, and offer support to help them achieve their wellness goals. Your role will involve:

2. Guidance Counsellor/Relationship Manager

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (students currently pursuing a degree can also apply)

• Languages: Fluency in English is a must

• Experience: Fresher candidates can apply; prior experience as a Guidance Counsellor or Relationship Manager is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

• Good time management skills

• Empathy and active listening skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with Incoming Leads
• Communicate Program Information
• Client Check-Ins
• Empathy in Client Interactions
• Collaboration with Medical Team
• Utilize Lead Management Software

Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary Package: ₹3.65 LPA (for freshers)
