Amrita University, Coimbatore is hiring Manager Corporate Relations

Job Location: Coimbatore

Role / Responsibilities:

• Facilitate campus placements and coordinate recruitment drives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align students' skills with industry requirements.
• Organize career fairs, seminars, and workshops to enhance students' employability.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to students regarding career choices and job search strategies.
• Provide support for resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills development.
• Maintain accurate records of student placements and employment statistics.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Sc. Biology, B.Sc. Microbiology, B.Sc. Chemistry, B.Sc. Biotechnology
• MBA in Marketing

Work Experience: Minimum 2 - 4 years

Key Requirements / Abilities Required:

• Proven experience of 2 to 4 years in campus placements, HR or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to network effectively with employers and professionals.
• Sound knowledge of current industry trends and recruitment processes.
• Empathy, patience and a genuine interest in student success.
