Opening Job Positions:

1. Associate Claims (International Voice Process)

Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in international motor claims

Educational Qualification: Graduation (mandatory)

Job Location: Allianz Services, Trivandrum

Job Requirement:

• Freshers or candidates experienced in handling international motor claims.
• Excellent command over English (comprehension and conversation), providing advice to customers on the motor claims processing.
• Manage a claims portfolio and handle all claims within the appropriate service levels, in a compliant manner.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

2. Associate Customer Service (International Voice Process)

Skills:

• Excellent command over English (comprehension & conversation)

Educational Qualification: Graduation (mandatory)

Job Location: Allianz Services, Trivandrum

Job Requirement:

• Freshers or candidates with experience in International Voice Process.
• Excellent command over English (comprehension and conversation).
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
