Job Description:

Algomox is hiring HR Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Algomox HSR Layout Office, Bangalore

Duration: 2 months (Full-time, Office-based)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
   
• Support the coordination of interviews and contact with candidates.
   
• Help maintain recruitment records and compile reports on HR metrics.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
   
• Strong interest in talent acquisition & human resources management.
   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR software and tools.
