2. Manager (Engg-Elect): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electrical) + 3 years' post-qualification experience in Electrical Engineering

3. Manager (Finance): MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance)/CA/CMA/CFA + 3 years' experience in Finance & Accounts, including ERP (e.g., SAP) exposure

4. Manager (Information Technology): Full-time B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/Electronics) or MCA + 3 years' experience in database management, data centre operations, ERP, data analytics, or software/web development as team lead

5. Manager (Architecture): Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, registered with Council of Architecture + 3 years' experience in Architecture

6. Manager (Law): Professional Law Degree (3-year or 5-year integrated), eligible for Bar Council enrolment + 3 years' experience in Law

7. Manager (Fire Services): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Fire/Mechanical/Automobile Engineering + 3 years' experience in Fire Services

8. Manager (Operations): Science Graduate + full-time 2-year MBA, OR full-time B.E./B.Tech + 3 years' experience in Airport/Airline/Ground Handling Operations

Key Notes on Qualification & Experience

• Degrees/diplomas must be from UGC/AICTE-recognised or Act-of-Parliament-established institutions; open and distance learning degrees are accepted where applicable
• Law degrees must be from a Bar Council of India-recognised institute
• "Bachelor's Degree in Technology" is accepted in place of "Bachelor's Degree in Engineering" for Commercial and Operations posts
• Work experience must be from Central/State Government, PSUs, or Large Private Sector Organisations (listed companies, organisations with 250+ employees, or entities with annual turnover above ₹250 crore; law firms above ₹10 crore turnover)
• Where CGPA/OGPA/DGPA/CPI is awarded instead of percentage, it must be converted to percentage as per the university's own conversion norms, with an equivalence certificate to be produced at verification

AAI Recruitment 2026: Age Limit (as on 07.09.2026)

• Manager: Maximum 32 years
• Junior Executive: Maximum 27 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST candidates: 5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: 3 years
• PwBD candidates with permanent disability (post identified suitable for the category): 10 years
• Ex-servicemen and Commissioned/Emergency Commissioned/Short Service Commissioned Officers with 5+ years of military service: 5 years
• Candidates in regular AAI service who have completed probation: 10 years
• Date of birth will be accepted only as recorded in Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificates; no subsequent change requests will be entertained

AAI Recruitment 2026: Remuneration

• Manager [Group-A, E-3 level]: Pay scale ₹60,000-3%-1,80,000; approximate CTC ₹21 lakhs per annum
• Junior Executive [Group-B, E-1 level]: Pay scale ₹40,000-3%-1,40,000; approximate CTC ₹14 lakhs per annum
• Additional emoluments: Dearness Allowance, Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical Benefits, as per AAI Rules
• Pay protection available for candidates joining from other CPSEs/State PSUs/Government Departments through proper channel, as per DPE Guidelines

AAI Recruitment 2026: Selection Process

1. Stage 1 - Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective type, conducted for all posts; no negative marking for wrong answers; bilingual (Hindi & English) except the language test itself

2. Stage 2 - Application Verification/Subsequent Tests: Follows CBT for all posts

3. Stage 3 - Interview: Applicable for Post Codes 1 to 11 (all Manager posts) as part of the selection process
