Aima Group is hiring Junior System Administrator.

Should have a Laptop/System and Broadband connectionExperience : 0-1 year

Skills & Responsibilities :
* Having Sound knowledge in the windows platform. Good Hardware knowledge. Trouble shooting skills
*Installation, configuration and management of operating systems and applications on Windows 7/Windows 10.
* Troubleshooting Internet problems on both the Internet and Intranet.
* Responsible for resolving user end issues (L1 support).
* OS upgradation patches and service pack implementation.
* Configuration and troubleshooting of software and hardware problems.
* Client VoIP Configuration on user end and basic trouble shooting.
* Providing the L1 technical support for the remote users
* Help to maintain the IT asset tracker.
* Should possess good Excel skill.
