Job Description:

Agappe Diagnostics Ltd is hiring  Executive - Customer Technical Support

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Handling customer technical complaints/queries and provide technical support to customers through calls & mails

2.) Collect & track customer feedback for all complaint closures

3.) Ensure timely response is shared to all registered complaints & queries

Required Qualification

M.Sc Biochemistry/ Biotechnology, B.Tech Biomedical/ B.Sc MLT (with atleast 2 years experience)

Required Additional Skills Should be comfortable in hindi & English

Location: Ernakulam
