Advenxa is hiring Operations Support - NBFC

Location: Edapally, Kochi, Kerala

Experience: 1 - 3 years experience in NBFC/Financial Services operations

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (1st Saturday Working)

Industry: Financial Services/NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch & Operational Support

1. Coordinate with branches and channel partners
2. Resolve operational queries and ensure workflow efficiency
3. Monitor daily transactions and business activities
4. Ensure adherence to company policies and internal processes

2. MIS & Reporting

1. Prepare and analyze MIS reports
2. Maintain business performance data
3. Track branch performance and operational efficiency
4. Ensure timely submission of accurate reports

3. Digital Operations

1. Support and monitor digital platforms used for business operations
2. Assist in optimizing digital processes and workflows
3. Coordinate with internal teams for process improvements
4. Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹33,000 per month

Language Preference: Fluent in English & Manageable Hindi

Skills:

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience in MIS reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Process-oriented mindset
