Advenxa is hiring HR Recruiter - Bulk Hiring (BPO) 

Gender: Male

Location: Infopark, Kakkanad

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (5 days a week) (Office + Work From Home)

Work Hours: 11:30 am to 8:30 pm

Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹28,000 per month

Cab Facilities: Available

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in bulk hiring, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk hiring for various BPO positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
• Schedule and manage interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives as needed.
