Advenxa is hiring HR Recruiter Intern

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Fresher

Duration: 3 months

Salary: Upto 5000/- On Internship period

Location: Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding the active employee requirements.
• Sourcing profiles from various databases such as job portals, headhunting, and referrals.
• Screening candidates using various HR tools.
• Shortlisting candidates who match the job requirements.
• Submitting shortlisted profiles for client review and approval.
• Interacting with candidates to schedule interviews.
• Following up with candidates until their date of joining.
• Generating references from selected candidates.
