Advenxa is hiring Accounts Specialist

Location: Infopark, Kakkanad

Salary Range: ₹17,500/- to ₹22,000/-

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Accounting

Qualification: M.Com mandatory

Requirements :

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in accounting.
• Mandatory M.Com qualification.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest level of financial integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with meticulous attention to detail.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain financial integrity.
• Ensure timely bank payments to vendors and creditors.
• Effectively manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements, providing insights into financial performance.
• Prepare and report on the company's financial health and liquidity, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Conduct thorough audits of financial transactions and documents to identify discrepancies and mitigate risks.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality protocols and conduct database backups as necessary to safeguard sensitive information.
