Job Description:

Advenxa is hiring Customer Service Expert.

Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala

Salary: ₹17,500 - ₹23,000 per month

Experience: 

  1. 1 to 3 years in BPO / Customer Support voice process
  2. Excellent fluency in English, both written and verbal (mandatory).

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and assess customer needs, providing guidance on how to use specific features and services effectively.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions by conducting thorough testing and replicating user scenarios.
  • Maintain and update our internal databases with information related to technical issues and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to share valuable insights, feature requests, and effective workarounds.
  • Keep customers informed about new product features and functionalities.
  • Ensure that technical issues are resolved satisfactorily by following up with customers and coordinating solutions.
  • Collect and document customer feedback, sharing it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior Customer Support Representatives.
     

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Support voice process role.
  • Excellent fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Prior experience in a technical support role is a plus.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and company processes.
