Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum criteria - Non engineering graduate/post graduate such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A., B.Com etc.
• Not Eligible: B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications)
• Pass-out year: Any year up to 2024
• No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding.
• You should have completed your relevant degree (eligible for this job role) in the stipulated duration of the degree. Hence, there should be no gaps during the course of your degree.
• Example: You must complete your BBA in 3 years or your M.Sc. (PG) in 2 years.
• Candidate should not have appeared for Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
• Candidate should not have more than 23 months of full-time experience.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in India by citizenship/have relevant work permit documents.
• Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without obtaining a work visa.
• All other foreign nationals require a Work Visa, OCI or PIO card to work in India.
• Candidates should be flexible to work across different time zones/shifts.
• Candidates should be willing to work in any Business Unit/Service Line within the company.
• Candidates should be willing to join/relocate to any Accenture office across India.

Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Managed Services:

• Manage infrastructure services and operations for on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
• Manage and operate infrastructure and operations in line with service and experience level agreements.
• Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
• Identify ways to continually improve services and increase operational effectiveness.
• Manage and govern ongoing service delivery and enhancements.

2. Application/Cloud Support

• Support, monitor and maintain applications and cloud computing systems.
• Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve application issues.

3. Project Control Services

• Enable program management and increase the overall quality of Technology Delivery.
• Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing Project Management Office (PMO) activities.
• Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
• Solve issues and manage multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction.

4. Low/No-Code App Development

• Develop applications using a low-code development platform.
• Set up and configure systems for each client's unique requirements.
• Work with form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface and entity builder.
• Research and analyze internal business processes with the scope of optimizing and automating them.

5. Quality Engineering

• Create test designs, test processes, test cases and test data.
• Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines and testing methodology.
• Design testing scenarios for usability testing.
• Prepare reports related to software testing.
• Analyze test results and submit observations to the development team.
