Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum criteria - 4-year degree courses in:

    • B.Sc. (Medical Radiologic Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Physician Assistant, Nursing, Emergency Medical Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, Echocardiography Technology, Anesthesia Technology, Intensive Care Technology)

    • BPT (Physiotherapy)

    • BOT (Occupational Therapy)

    • BPO (Prosthetics and Orthotics)

    • B.Pharma (Regular/Lateral)

  • Any year of pass out till 2024 is eligible.
  • No active backlogs during application and/or onboarding.
  • You should have completed your relevant degree in the stipulated duration with no gaps (e.g., UG must be completed in 4 years).
  • Candidates should not have appeared for the Accenture recruitment assessment/interview in the last three months.
  • Candidates should not have more than 23 months of full-time experience.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in India by citizenship or valid work permit.
  • Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a visa; others require a valid work visa, OCI, or PIO card.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones/shifts.
  • Willingness to work in any Business Unit/Service Line.
  • Willingness to relocate to any Accenture office across India.
  • Willingness to work from office 5 days a week.
  • Willingness to work in overlap shifts with US hours until mid-day.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete the mandatory Epic certification on time as per project requirements.
  • Provide primary support for your designated application/module.
  • Address advanced issues during the project and handle complex configuration, testing, and administration tasks.
  • Provide ongoing system support and maintenance based on the support roster.
  • Respond promptly to system issues and requests.
  • Conduct investigations, assessments, evaluations, and deliver solutions to resolve system issues.
  • Handle and deliver Service Requests, Change Requests, and New Builds.
  • Perform system monitoring (error queues, alerts, batch jobs) and take required actions.
  • Perform or support regular system patches, maintenance, and verification.
  • Perform or support system upgrade work, cutover to production, and post-cutover support.
  • Perform or support tasks required for audit and security compliance.
  • Work within the client’s business or office hours.
  • Comply with all project-mandated compliance requirements.
