Eligibility Criteria - Person With Disabilities - Application Development Associate

All streams/branches of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) from 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, 2024 year of pass outs with full-time education only (Part-time and distance educations are not considered).

Note: MBA /PGDBM candidates are not eligible to apply for this role.

• No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding.
• Candidate should not have appeared for Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
• Gender: Male / Female
• Candidate should not have more than 11 months of experience.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in India either by citizenship/ have relevant work permit documents.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure applications based on business requirements.
2. Understand business drivers impacting performance and deliver software to meet those expectations.
3. Incorporate technology trends into solutions, participating in the development of automation solutions, new functionality, and technologies.
4. Demonstrate an aptitude to learn, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Deliver code within specified timelines and quality expectations, actively participating in peer reviews.
6. Take ownership of the successful implementation of solutions.

Qualities and skills:

• Ability to anticipate and resolve business issues with agility.
• Multi-disciplinary and versatile, with a fast-learning aptitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Ownership mentality towards successful solution implementation.
• Support infrastructure operations and/or manage delivery for IT production systems and services.

       Test Automation Engineering:

• Develop test designs, processes, cases, and test data.
• Apply business and functional knowledge, adhering to testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies.
• Design testing scenarios for usability testing.
• Prepare reports related to software testing and analyze results, submitting observations to the development team.
