ROLES/RESPONSBILITIES

 

1. Achieve business results

2. Handle end-to-end recruitment, owning up the entire process

3. Understand our clients’ job requirements

4. Arrive at the right criteria to spot the right fitment for the requirement

5. Explore and source candidates from various sources.

6. Facilitate the interaction between clients & candidates

Career Counselling

7. Manage candidates Database and operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

1. Excellent communication skills

2. Ability to work with little supervision

3. Good understanding of technologies and requirements of IT industry

4. A Head Hunter with high level of enthusiasm with positive attitude.

5. Experienced in handling varied types of requirements

6. Ability to leverage multiple sourcing channels like portals, social media, Reference network.

Location : Bangalore or WFH facility
