Job Description:

A Reputed Trading Company is hiring Accounts & Finance Executive

Location: Nariman Point, Churchgate, Mumbai

Qualifications: Semi CA (not pursuing further exams) or B.Com/M.Com

Job Description:

• Ensure accuracy in information, calculations, timelines & completion
• Pass accounting entries in Tally Prime (ERP 9 working knowledge acceptable)
• Monthly closing of books for MIS Reporting, Provisions & Budgets
• Reconciliations: Cash, Bank, Stock, Inter-company, Asset, Vendor (Party) Accounts, etc.
• Send data to CA and ensure monthly tax payments under applicable laws (IT, TDS, GST, PF, PT, ESIC, etc.)
• Prepare details for tax audits, statutory audit, and secretarial matters

Work Schedule: 6 days working week with 30 paid leaves + 15 sick leaves

Appraisals: In September

Salary: Up to ₹27,000 per month
