Age: Within 35 years max

Education: MBA / Equivalence

Experience: 5-8 years in construction or any relevant field

Responsibilities & Skills Required:

• Proven experience as an HR and Recruitment Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
