Ideal candidate should have:

Experience: 3 to 6 years in recruitment or Campus recruitment.

Educational Qualification: MBA or any degree from a recognised University.

Skills/Competency:

Should be willing to work under pressure, strong drive for results attitude, should have the ability to network and create influence, should to have excellent communication skills.

Job involves travelling to Campuses and be a responsible ambassador representing the company.

Location: If selected they should be willing to work from Cochin.
