Location: Kalamassery, Kochi - Near NeST IT Park

Salary: ₹16,500/- NTH

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience: Freshers can apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate calling & sourcing
• Candidate screening & JD alignment
• Scheduling walk-in interviews
• Follow-up until interview & joining
• Maintaining recruitment trackers
• Daily reporting & target achievement
• Coordination with recruitment/client team
• Support in onboarding procedures

Mandatory: Own Laptop

Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with daily calling
• Willingness to learn recruitment
• Immediate joiners preferred
