A Reputed Firm is hiring AR Accountant

Location: Cochin

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable

Main Duties:

• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure smooth collections.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer payments, invoicing, and credit notes.
• Perform regular aging analysis and ensure the accuracy of AR records, and present to management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements related to accounts receivable.
• Identify opportunities to improve the accounts receivable process for increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement best practices in AR management.
• Support internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.

Salary: ₹5 LPA to ₹7 LPA
