Job description:

• Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters.
• Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels.
• Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline.
• Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure,completion within SLA
• Ensure proper engagement of candidates during pre-onboarding phase for better employee experience.
