A Reputed Firm is hiring Process Associate (Us Mortgage)

Position: Process Associate (US Mortgage)

Location: Cochin

Qualification:

• B.Com or any other equivalent graduate degree

Shift: Night Shift (required)

Preferred skills:

• 3-4 years of experience in US Mortgage Loan Processing.
• Proficient in written and verbal English interpersonal skills.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to type between 40-60 words per minute with more than 90% accuracy.
• Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills.

Responsibilities:

• Execute pre-defined tasks with minimum supervision.
• Complete assigned routine tasks within specified time frames with high accuracy.
• Adhere to defined performance level parameters (efficiency, quality, etc.).
• Share standard methodologies and process ideas.

  • Working on Approvals

  • CD Balancing
  • Closing
  • Auditing
