A Reputed Firm is hiring Zonal Recruiter

Male Candidates only

Job locations : For Kerala & Tamil Nadu 

• Keep Track of all the Zonal Vacancies

• Create a bench pipeline database for all probable resignations

• Source CVs through local market & connections as well as local agencies

• All interview coordination with the stakeholders

• Coordination with Quess for Offer release & joining

• Ensure all ID cards & Visiting cards are provided as per TAT

• Travel across the Zone to identify potential source of candidates

 Job Specification :

• Minimum a graduate / MBA in HR from Tier C institute

• Age should not be more than 30 years

• 2 to 6 years of experience in bulk hiring

• Fluent in Local language as well as English & Hindi

• CTC: 40000 Per month + travel Allowance + Mobile Reimbursement+ Medical insurance .
