A Reputed Firm is hiring Business Development Executive - Males

Location - Kakkanad, Ernakulam

Salary Package - ,Based on their previous Salary &  Based on the Market Standards+ Traveling Allowance + Mobile Allowance + PF + Medical Insurance 

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. • Manage and grow existing client accounts, including identifying opportunities to expand business with current clients.. • Negotiate contracts and rates with clients. • Create and present proposals to potential clients to win new business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree. • Minimum of 1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Staffing industry ( HR ) HRMS . • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
