Job Description:

A Reputed Firm is hiring HR Generalists

* Experience of at least 1-2 years. 

* Employee life-cycle management from Hire to Retire.

* Basic knowledge of both recruitment and HR operations.

* Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters. 

* Handling all on-boarding & Separation  formalities. 

* Perform orientations and update records, Attendance, joining formalities.

* Familiarity with payroll management using HRMS Software. 

* Fresher’s and Interns can also apply

* Communication Skills: Good English and basic knowledge of Hindi is preferable.
