A Reputed Firm is hiring Customer Service Executive

Salary: 10k -15k

Customer Service Executive

• Receive and respond to customer enquiries concerns over email, chat or the web.

• Maintain and support customer cases and enquiries through satisfactory completion.

• Excellent written skills in English and strong on grammar.

• Need to maintain accuracy in Reports.

• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards.

• Client satisfaction will be your ultimate goal in this role. As a customer service representative, you will be on the front line in serving our customers.

• Eligibility :

• Prior Customer support in email/ Chat Support experience is a must.

• Ability to be comfortable in a desk-based office environment using a computer and phone during working hours

• Typing speed : 30 WPM, >=85% accuracy

• Handle customer queries through, chats, emails, and social media reviews.

• To complete & meet all customer's requests as per defined guidelines.
