Job Description:

A Reputed Firm in Germany is offering 20 Vacancies via, Norka Roots - Government of Kerala

Job Positions:

1. Electrician/Technician

2. Chef

Total Vacancies: 40 (20 Electricians + 20 Chefs)

Job Location: Germany (Various Establishments)

Experience Required: 2 to 10 years (10+ years: not eligible)

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 31 May 2026 

Salary: In Euros (German pay scale - disclosed at interview stage)

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Electrician/Technician

Essential Qualification:

• Diploma/ITI Certificate/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution
• Must be currently employed in India at the time of application

Experience:

• 2 to 10 years as an Electrician or in a similar technical role
• Those with more than 10 years of experience need not apply

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Electrical and Control Engineering
• Knowledge of Machine Safety and Electrical Safety
• Systematic problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of PLC programming (S5/S7 TIA Portal) – Desirable

Language Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and oral) - Mandatory
• German language knowledge - Beneficial (not mandatory to apply)
• Must be willing to learn German up to B1 level (12 months training before moving to Germany)

Other Conditions:

• Must be willing to live and work in Germany for a minimum of 5 years
• Must be willing to work independently with quality focus
• Reliability, team spirit, and hands-on mentality required

2. Chef

Essential Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/Hotel Management & Catering Technology /Tourism & Travel Management or Catering/Chef-related courses
• 4-year degree holders will be preferred

Experience:

• 2 to 10 years in a Chef or related culinary/catering role
• Those with more than 10 years of experience need not apply

Language Requirements:

• Good proficiency in English – Mandatory
• German language knowledge – Beneficial; candidates with A1/A2/B1/B2 German will be given preference
• Must be willing to learn German up to B1 level (up to 12 months before moving to Germany)

Desirable:

• 4-year degree holders in Hotel Management will be preferred over 3-year degree holders
