A Reputed Australian Company Is Hiring HR Coordinator

• Candidates should be very fluent in English to effectively interact and engage with foreign clients and colleagues. 

Location: Changampuzha Park, Edapally, Ernakulam

Qualification: Master Degree ( MBA )

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Age limit: below 35

About the Role:

• Assisting in recruitment and induction for the company
• HR Administration and support 
• HRIS System  Management
• Facilitating  the training programs 
• Assisting with coordinating and training and development  for staff
• Supporting with onboarding and off boarding of staff 
• Assisting the HR Manager with Client Consulting work (as needed)

The ideal candidate will have all (or some of) the following:

• 3-7 years' experience in a similar HR generalist or HR administration role with a professional services environment
• Masters qualification in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field
• Experience with Human Resource information software (HRIS)  or similar
• High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
