Job Description:

A Leading Spices Industry is hiring Client Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage orders in SAP system (experience a plus).
• Track shipments and communicate status updates.
• Collaborate on label prep and proforma invoices.
• Generate reports (order books, contracts, invoices).
• Handle original shipping documents (scanning & courier).

 Qualifications:

• B.Com degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years in customer service/related role.
• Strong organization and business process skills.
• MS Office proficiency, SAP (SD module a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Location: Kochi 

Competitive salary & benefits package

Starting Salary: 25,000+ Negotiable
