A Famous Shipyard In Turkey is hiring Technicians

Job Openings:

1. Pipe Fitters Grade 1 (Workshop):

• Total Workers: 18
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in oil and gas or shipyard (Overseas experience preferable)
• Salary: $750 USD per month plus overtime (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

2. Pipe Fitters Grade 2:

• Total Workers: 21
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in oil and gas or shipyard (Overseas experience preferable)
• Salary: $650 USD per month plus overtime (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

3. Foreman - Pipe Fitter:

• Total Workers: 2
• Experience: Minimum 5 years, ability to speak English (Overseas experience preferable)
• Salary: $950 USD plus overtime (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

4. Foreman - Pipe Welding:

• Total Workers: 1
• Experience: Minimum 5 years, ability to speak English (Overseas experience preferable)
• Salary: $950 USD plus overtime (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

5. Cable Pullers:

• Total Workers: 18
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in shipyard
• Salary: $600 USD per month plus overtime (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

6. Foreman - Cable Pulling:

• Total Workers: 3
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in shipyard
• Salary: $700 USD plus overtime (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

7. Cable Termination Electrician:

• Total Workers: 6
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in oil and gas or shipyard (Overseas experience preferable)
• Salary: $700 USD plus overtime (Weekdays 1.5 times and Sunday public holidays 2 times)

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma certificate in a relevant field
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Shipbuilding/Offshore or Oil and gas industry
• Priority given to workers with overseas/abroad experience.

General Terms and Conditions:

• Working Hours: Mondays to Saturdays: 08:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs. (12:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs lunch break)
• All workers will be directly employed by the shipyard and will be provided with standard accommodation, food, and transportation to and from the shipyard, free of charge.
• They are also entitled for 30 days paid leave (basic salary) per year and One (1) round trip flight ticket per year.
• Insurance for all workers will be provided.
• Work permits will be provided by shipyard.
• From each worker, half of the basic salary for first Two (2) months will be withheld by shipyard and the total amount withheld to be paid to the worker when he/she successfully completes 1 year.
• Salary will be paid in Local currency (Turkish Lira) corresponding to the USD – TL rate on the salary date.
