South Indian Bank Junior Officer Recruitment 2026 - Salary/Compensation:

• Total CTC: ₹7.85 lakhs/annum
  • Fixed CTC (incl. NPS): ₹4.49 lakhs
  • Variable Pay: ₹2.88 lakhs
  • Health Insurance premium: ₹0.48 lakhs (coverage ₹5.25 lakhs)
• Special allowance (after 3 months, performance-based):
  • Delhi/Mumbai/Pune: ₹10,000/month
  • Ahmedabad: ₹5,000/month

General Employment Terms:

• Group Medical & Accident Insurance (Bank-funded)
• Group Life Insurance (employee-funded premium)
