Job Description:

IBM is hiring Associate System Engineer

Locations: PAN India (Multiple cities including Kochi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, etc.)

Compensation: INR 4.50 Lakh per annum + One-time settling allowance of INR 25,000

Employment Type: Entry-level Off-Campus Hiring

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Education: BE/BTech, M.Tech, ME, M.Sc, or MCA.

• Branches: Computer Science (all streams like CSE, AI/ML, DS, CyberSecurity, etc.) and IT-related branches.

• Academic Criteria: Minimum 6 CGPA/60% with no active backlogs.

• Batch: Year of Pass out 2024 and 2025 only.

• Skills: Fluent written and spoken communication skills.

Technical Requirements:

• Programming: Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.

• Concepts: Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Preferred Experience: Exposure to scripting (Ruby/Groovy), data access frameworks, and batch processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Applications: Create and support applications based on the Java/JEE technology stack and web technologies.

• Implement Transaction Management: Manage Java objects and integrate enterprise systems.

• Apply Development Methodologies: Utilize dependency injection, inversion of control, functional programming, and test-driven development.

• Utilize DevOps Methodologies: Use DevOps tools to ensure efficient application development and deployment.

• Integrate Systems: Ensure seamless functionality and data exchange across enterprise systems
