Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales within the recruitment or IT industry.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients within the IT industry, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
